- This requirement is for a six (6) month extension of the current Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS) Performance Based Logistics (PBL) under contract number W31P4Q-08-C-0120 in support of Air Traffic Control Product Office (PM ATC). This requirement will be solicited using other than full and open competition and negotiated on a sole source basis. This item is restricted to, General Dynamics C4 Systems (GDC4S), Cage Code 1VN18, because GDC4S currently asserts the proprietary data rights to manufacturing processes, engineering data, and software packages required to perform the required life cycle sustainment support. The Government intends to solicit on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. No solicitation is available for issuance and this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This synopsis closes on 23 December 2010 at 12:00 noon CST.
