Description

RECOVERY - THIS AWARD NOTICE IS ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GUIDANCE FOR THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 AND FAR SUBPART 5.705. Purchase Order Number SB1341-10-SU-1032 was awarded to Veeco Process Equipment, Inc. of Plainview, NY, on September 16, 2010, in the amount of $2,537,000.00 including the base and all option line items. All work must be completed not later than 12 months from the date of award. Modification P002 shall be executed to correct the payment schedule. Modification P001 exercised option line items, however, the payment schedule was not modified to add the funds obligated under Modification P001. Work required under this purchase order shall provide for the manufacture, delivery, installation of and training on a Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) System.
