Configuration control applies. This acquisition agency does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer other than the approved source, CENTROID, Inc., CAGE 21856, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval request package for evaluation for future procurements. DELIVERY: 404 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 42 each. This procurement requires contractor First Article Test of 2 samples and Fit Form and Function testing at the government testing facility. INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE: Origin. FOB Origin. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
