- Lodging, Conference Space, Meals, and Incidentals for conference in Brasilia, Brazil, 29 April 2011-13 May 2011. Majority of rental of conference space is from 25 April-13 May 11, majority of lodging nights from 2-13 May 11. Meals: approximately 2,270 Lunches; 1,282 Dinners, served at or within very close vacinity of Lodging facility. Lodging: Approximately 2,400 'room nights'/Days (approximately 200 guests) for approximate average of 12 nights each. Conference space, to be at or within 1/8 mile of lodging facility. Space includes a main conference room from 30 April-13 May 11 suitable for up to 300 persons, and 33 each other rooms of various sizes, these other rooms may be particiend to meet the government specs.
