- Map Draft SOW for TN The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) is seeking sources capable of conducting insect surveys for Emerald Ash Borer Beetles (EAB) in Eastern Tennessee and the surrounding areas (see attached map). Based on the results of the sources sought notice this acquistion will be set-aside 100% for small businesses. The statement of work should be available around December 13, 2010 and proposals will be due approximately 30 days later.
