- *** ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO CONTRACTING OFFICER, DLA-ZDB, Stephanie Hutchens Contracting Officer, email StephanieHutchens@us.army.mil or facsimile 256-955-9732. PRON: AX0F0788AX, NSN: 1620-01-231-1831, P/N: 70250-12051-045, five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) contract a quantity of 95 minimum to 335 maximum Landing Gear, Fixed, applicable to UH-60 BLACKHAWK Weapon System. Forecasted quantities are: 1st year 480 each, 2nd year 720 each, 3rd year, 720 each, 4th year, 720each, and 5th year 720 each. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 480 each due 357 days after contract award. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 480 each due 238 days after contract award with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. This is a Small Business Set-Aside that is limited to those small businesses, which are approved. This item will be restricted to Rotair Industries Incorporated Cage 54878 and Bemsco Incorporated Cage 29560. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. No telephone request will be accepted. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
