- IQC100320009089, ISSUE DATE 23 DECEMBER 2010/ CLOSING 24 JANUARY 2011. This solicitation is intended to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1680-01-445-9844, Support Assembly, Hou. The contract term is a base and four option periods. The maximum contract term is five years. A flexible option is included. I/A/W SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT, CAGE: 78286, DWG 70850-22113, REV H DATED 25SUG96, P/N 70850-22113-043. Approved sources of supply: Sikorsky Aircraft, CAGE 78286, P/N: 70850-22113-043 and Tek Precision Co. LTD, CAGE: 65780, P/N: 70850-22113-043 Item is export and configuration control. Item is critical and CSI. Solicitation is issued Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Estimated annual demand is 62 each. Guaranteed minimum is 17 each, base year only. Maximum Annual Contract quantity is 288. Delivery order quantities will be 17 minimum to 62 maximum. The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin, higher level inspection requirements and measuring and testing apply. Government First Article Testing and Government Production Lot Test apply. Requested delivery schedule is as follows: Government FAT delivery is 120 DARO OBO, 216 Days OBO after FAT approval for Production Lot Test sample delivery and production delivery is 14 Days OBO after PLT approval. Ship to CONUS stock locations, as specified on delivery order. A technical data package is not available. Electronic offers are not acceptable.
