- Contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary for construction of roof and gutter repair and replacement on warehouse building 136 at the Alexandria VA Medical Center, Alexandria, Louisiana. Construction shall include but is not limited to: removing existing low slop built-up roofing and provide new insulation, flashing and built-up SBS roofing system, remove existing metal pitched roofing panels and insulation and replace with new, remove existing covered truck canopy and provide new canopy, and remove existing gutter system between the original concrete structure and the metal building and replace with new continuous fully welded stainless steel gutter system. The work must be staged and coordinated with the resident engineer. All work shall be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The dollar magnitude is between$100,000.00 and $500,000.00. NAICS 238160 applies-size standard is $14 million. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Serviced Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All offerors must be registered in VETBIZ at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and a CCR http://www.ccr.gov under NAICS 238160 to be eligible for award. You must register as 'Interested Vendor' at the fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in fedbizopps 'To Receive Notification' for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the fedbizopps website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from fedbizopps and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation.
