- Sources Sought for Relocation of Instrument Landing System at Columbus AFB, MS RELOCATION OF ISTRUMENT LANDING SYSTEM SOURCES SOUGHT December 8, 2010 The purpose of this procurement is to acquire contractual support to relocate the AN/GRN-30 Localizer Antenna Array and its equipment shelter approximately 330 feet closer to the end of Runway 31C at Columbus AFB, MS. The contractor shall have a demonstrated capability to work in, on, and around an operational airport facility, and a demonstrated capability to re-locate equipment and operations of a critical Navigational Aid from one location to another with minimum disruptions to airfield operations.
