- HSCG87-11-B-PJT057 PRE-SOLICITATION Miscellaneous Aids to Navigate Tower Parts. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals and transportation to fabricate and deliver miscellaneous towers, platforms and associated galvanized steel Aids to Navigation components. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 332312 and the number of employees is 500. THIS IS AN INDEFINATE DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS TYPE CONTRACT WITH THE SPECIFIED CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD FOR THE BASE YEAR ENDING ONE YEAR AFTER THE DATE OF AWARD, INCLUDING TWO (2) ONE YEAR OPTIONS TO RENEW. The proposed contract will contain an economic price adjustment clause for steel material cost based upon the most current index found in Engineering News Record ENR Materials Cost Index value for steel and an economic price adjustment for all other non-steel items based on consumer price index published by the Department of Commerce Bureau of Labor Statistics. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for HUBzone business concerns. All responsible HUBzone businesses may submit a bid. This solicitation will not be issued in paper form. Solicitation documents may be accessed for download from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website beginning on the date of issue (estimated to be on or about 28 December 2010) at the following site: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted on this website. Prospective bidders are responsible for checking the website for amendments up to the date and time of bid opening. Firms must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and FedBizOpps website to be able to access the technical data package. A planholders list will not be available for this project from CEU-Juneau. Vendors are encouraged to register their interest by entering their information in the Interested Vendors List for this solicitation in FedBizOpps.
