- Description
- The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the following: Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, personnel, supervision, and any other items/services necessary to fully commission the CCH (Corrosion Control Hangar) Telescoping Mast Service Platform. Work to consist of conducting a onetime inspection & service that ensures safe operating, lubrication, and repairing of the Telescoping Mast Service Platform. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The anticipated issue date will be 15 Dec 10 with an approximate response date of 3 Jan 2011. The solicitation is a Request for Proposal and will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All firms must be registered in both Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) https://orca.bpn.gov/ in order to be eligible for award. The solicitation will contain both Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Material (T&M) line items. Inspection/Service/Lubrication will be FFP and Repairs & Lubricants will be tied to T&M. Estimated contract performance period is 30-45 calendar days. All responsible offers will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) Web Site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package and drawings. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, interested parties must review the website frequently for updates and amendments to any and all documents; and verifying the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for proposals. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. No response to this notice is necessary and no Source List will be maintained by this office. Interested firms should register on the Interested Vendors List on this web site. All potential offerors must obtain a DUNS number and be registered in both Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) https://orca.bpn.gov/ in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). Lack of registration in the CCR database, ORCA and failure to obtain a DUNS number will make an offeror ineligible for award. The closing date and time of submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package. No response to this notice is necessary and no Source List will be maintained.
