- This is a synopsis for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13 for Overhead Door Maintenance at various buildings at Defense Supply Center Columbus, 3990 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213. A minimum of five (5) years experience in performing work similar to that in the solicitation is required. At a minimum, all work performed under this contract shall be warranted for both labor and materials for a period of one year. A one year contract with four potential one-year option periods is being contemplated. FOB/Inspection/Acceptance shall be at destination. An issue date of December 27, 2010 is anticipated.
