- Description
- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with CT Corporation System, 111 18th Avenue, 13th Floor, New York, New York, 10011, for continued hosting and use of the CaseVault case management web collaboration tool. The modification to existing commercial purchase order Tcc-10-HQ-C-0016 will increase the ceiling of the purchase order to allow for use of the services through 7/1/2011, at a level reflective of actual use over the past year. The estimated award amount is $350,000. The purchase order was initially awarded on a sole-source basis to CT Corp after extensive market research determined that no other source offered the technical capability and experience for direct integration with iBlaze software from CT Summation. CaseVault is currently supporting litigation cases for the OCC and continued use of CaseVault is required so as not to disrupt current activities. There are currently more than 3 million pages loaded into the system. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within 7 days after the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC.
