- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agriculture Research Service, National Agricultural Library (NAL) intends to award a sole source fixed price purchase order to the vendor: American Society for Microbiology (ASM), located at 1752 N. Street NW Washington, D.C. for the purpose of electronic access via the internet to the American Society for Microbiology Journal package which shall including free access to ASM online Journal back files for the period of January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011. The USDA can only gain electronic access to non-current back file issues of ASM journals thru subscribing to the current electronic journals from ASM. Electronic access is proprietary and can only be granted by ASM. Anticipated a ward date is December 14, 2010
