- The contractor shall provide an approved self-contained camping unit and live in the park during the service period. The contract will be a base year with one Government issued unilateral renewal option. The Period of Performance for the base year is 15 April 2011, or date of award of later, through 15 October 2011. Park Attendant Services will be required five days per week. This solicitation will be issued as a Best Value, Request for Proposal (RFP) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Service Contract. The solicitation will be available on or about 17 December 2010. All Proposals will be due approximately 14 January 2011. The solicitation, including any amendments, shall establish the official opening and closing dates and times. NAICS code: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 721211. SBA size standard is $7.M. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Proposals cannot be submitted online. Interested parties must download the solicitation document (Proposal Package), complete, sign and return all required pages by the due date and time posted.
