- FBO - PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: RFP VA-248-11-RP-0070 Construction Requirement: Restroom Renovations Building #1. Project No. 673-11-813. This procurement is 100% set aside for Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). NOTICE: A class deviation to VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 804.1102 Vendor Information Pages (VIP) Database has been executed. Effective October 1, 2010, ALL SDVOSB OFFERORS MUST BE VERIFIED BY THE OFFICE OF SMALL AND DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS UTILIZATION'S CENTER FOR VETERANS ENTERPRISE (CVE) PRIOR TO RECEIVING AN AWARD, unless currently listed as verified in the VIP at www.vetbiz.gov database. Size standard under NAICS 236220 is $33.5 million; Estimated Range of Construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Location of work is at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, FL 33612-4745. Project includes: Phase I Patient, Phase II Public and Phase III Staff restrooms from ground floor to the seventh floor. Requirement: Provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, specialty services, supervision, and tools to perform the removal of existing wall mounted items, demolition of all lavatory and shower fixtures/equipment, existing floor and wall tile, installation of floor surface and Government Furnished Property per Schedules and/or Drawings.
