- This pre-solicitation notice is for REFUSE AND RECYCLING SERVICES in DIFFERENT PARTS OF PENNSYLVANIA. The solicitation will have specific schedules and locations. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. The pending solicitation number will be W911S1-11-T-0044. The pending award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of 01 January - 31 December 2011. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562111, size standard of $12.5 Million. Prospective Contractors must be registered on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or about 08 December 2010 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The ACTUAL due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45. It is the responsibility of the vendor to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov. QUOTE DEAD LINE IS MONDAY, 13 DECEMBER 2010 AT 4:00 PM EST.
