Description

This notice is being issued to amend the Sources Sought Notice to change the following: The 3RD to last paragraph of the original notice reads: "In any joint venture or teaming arrangement, all parties must qualify as a Small Business in accordance with NAICS code 541310 in order to be considered under this Sources Sought notice." This amendment shall replace the above paragraph with: "In any joint venture or teaming arrangement the Lead Contractual Design firm must qualify as a Small Business in accordance with NAICS code 541310 in order to be considered under this Sources Sought Notice. All respondents are reminded that at least 50 percent of the cost of contract performance incurred for personnel shall be expended for employees of the concern per FAR clause 52.219-14(b)(1) - Limitations on Subcontracting." New Response Due Date: THE DUE DATE FOR ALL RESPONSES ARE DUE BY 3:00PM Pacific Standard Time ON FRIDAY, DECMEBER 17, 2010. ALL OTHER RESPONSE REQUIREMENTS REMAIN THE SAME
