- Description
- The Research Development Engineering Command, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Rohde & Schwarz, 8661A Robert Fulton Drive, Columbia MD 21046. The contractor shall provide services to calibrate and/or repair specialized electronics to Electro-Magnetic Interference Test Facility (EMITF) test equipment. Rohde and Schwarz hold the drawings for the proprietary electronics and therefore they are the only source with the technical capability to successfully perform this work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811219 and the size standard is $19.0 million. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later that 1:00 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, 16 December 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
