Description
The United States Government Is Seeking Lease Space in Waycross, Georgia Requirement: The General Services Administration is seeking office and related space in Waycross, Georgia for 10,303 contiguous rentable square feet of office and related space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 8,959 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet. The lease term requirement is for 10 years/5 years firm. The delineated area is: North-State Street South-South Georgia Parkway East-Hatcher Point Road West-George Street- Carswell Avenue-Garlington Avenue. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OSAF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Method of rentable space measurement. Building Ownership Information. All services, supplies, utilities, and parking must be part of the rental consideration. Parking must meet local code requirements. List of building services provided. Floor plan. The Government must have access to parking and the building 7 days a week/24 hours a day. The occupancy of the space is required by 2/1/2012. The building must achieve an Energy Star label, prior to award in accordance with E013423 and USEPA Energy Star Guidelines.
