- AMENDMENT 00001, EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 7, 2010 1. The purpose of this amendment is to modify line items and quantitieslisted in the solicitation to incorporate FAR Clause 52.209-4, First ArticleApproval - Government Testing. Refer to the revised purchase decriptionlinked to SPAWAR E-Commerce website. 2. All line items must be quoted since quotes will be evaluated on an "All orNone" basis. 3. There is no Page 3 of 3 of Drawing No. 0131031. 4. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses only. 5. Submit quotes to include first article testing no later than December 10,2010 at 10:00 AM, Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). Electronic or Facsimilequotations will no longer be acceptable. Quotes must be posted on line toSPAWAR E-Commerce at https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil. 6. Fabricate antenna parts in accordance with attached RFQ N66001-11-5508 whichcan be accessed at SPAWAR E-Commerce website at https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is332710 and the size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effectthroughFederal Acquisition Circular 2005-46 (09/29/10) and Defense FederalAcquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), September 27, 2010. It is theresponsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses andprovisions. The clauses can be accessed in full text at www.farsite.hill.af.mil. Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed pricepurchase order.
