- Attachment #2 - Wage Determination (DOL) Attachment # 1 - Statement of Work (SOW) Solicitation(1449) **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** INFORMATION REGARDING SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL: The following method of Proposal submission maybe used: Facsimile shall be sent to 316-759-1411; Attn: TSgt Malboeuf, Ref#FA4621-11-T-0002 - Tax Center Coordinator Electronic Mail Proposal shall be sent ((To Both Addresses)) jan-pierre.malboeuf@mcconnell.af.mil; rosa.krauss@mcconnell.af.mil Attn: Ref#FA4621-11-T-0002 - Tax Center Coordinator Hand Carried Proposal must be delivered to 22 CONS/LGCA, 53147 Kansas Street, McConnell AFB, Kansas 67221-3606. The sealed envelope or package used to submit your proposal must show the time and date specified for receipt, the Solicitation Number REF# FA4621-11-T-0002, and the name and address of the offeror. Award will be made to the quoter offering the best value based on the evaluated lowest price, whose quote is technically acceptable (LPTA). Quotes will be evaluated for acceptability but not ranked. To be technically acceptable, quoter shall address all areas defined in this solicitation/synopsis. It is the Governments intent to evaluate quotes and make award without discussion. However, as allowed in 15.306(d)(1) and (2), discussion may be conducted by the Contracting Officer in order to maximize the Government's ability to obtain best value, based on the requirement and the evaluation factors set forth in this solicitation/synopsis. The Government, therefore, may conduct discussion should the Contracting Officer determine it necessary. Should revised quotes be warranted, to clarify and document understandings reached, at the conclusion of any conducted discussions, an opportunity to submit a final quote revision as allowed in 15.307(b) will be provided.
