- Description
- This is a request for information (RFI); The Government will not be responsible for any costs an organization incurs in furnishing this information. This request is strictly for determining the validity of the requirement. The United States Air Force is requesting information that relates to a C-130 Upgrade Program as described in the attachment below. All responses will be due on or before January 17, 2011 3:30 PM EST. responses should address at a minimum the following items: •1. Provide a top-level technical solution that meets the technical requirements set forth in attachment A. Ensure the proposed systems and vendors are annotated. •2. Provide a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) on the costs associated with the proposed solution. Provide as detailed a cost breakdown as response time allows. •3. Annotate any potential conflicting requirements that may prohibit a cost effective solution. •4. Annotate the team members that may be utilized to implement this proposed solution. •5. Ensure a separate ROM is provided for the optional Programmed Depot Maintenance requirement. Any additional questions should be directed to the contract specialist.
