- The Government intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Marine Systems located at 401 E. Hendy Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94088-3499 for eight (8) low sump level alarm remote relay panel kits for installation onboard the USS Dwight D Eisenhower CVN-69. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 335999, All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. The contract line item is as follows: CLIN 0001, Low Sump Level Alarm Remote Relay Kit, Part Number 6D61939, 8 each This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Quotes will be due within one (1) week of the issuance of the solicitation and may be faxed to the attention of Bonnie Parker at fax number 757-396-8017 or emailed to her at bonnie.parker@navy.mil. Vendors are hereby notified that the solicitation and any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at https://www.neco.navy.mil (Navy Electronic Commerce Online) or at https://www.fbo.gov (Federal Business Opportunities). The solicitation number will be SMPYM1-11-T-0004 and the document is expected to be posted on or around 7 December 2010. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
