- This is the annual synopsis of basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-11-G-0751 with Rolls Royce Naval Marine, 110 Norfolk St, Walpole, MA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all orders issued by the NAVICP for the period 2010 Nov 30 thru 2011 Nov 30. The BOA includes line items for the acquisition of modification kits, parts/accessories/tools and special support equipment for allison 501-K34 and 501-K17 engines. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC(C)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
