- NSN 4320-01-536-6393. Pump Hydrostatic. I/A/W Hydraulics International, Inc. (56529) part number 000993-217. Quantity of 2 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 120 days; quantity of 108 each to be delivered to Tracy, CA within 120 days. FOB and Inspection are both Destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Based upon market research, the Goverment is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 12/16/10. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
