- Synopsis for International Small Airlift (USAFRICOM) For fixed-wing aircraft capable of passenger, cargo, or combination thereof for movement predominantly throughout the USAFRICOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) and Europe, or other destinations upon request. Contractor must be DoD approved (obtain CARB certification from AMC). Operators are responsible for ensuring additional survival equipment meets or exceeds FAR Part 134.
