- Description
- The scope of work is to perform design, configuration, software enhancements, testing, data and document conversion, production deployment, training, and production support of the SEC electronic Discovery 2.0 (eD 2.0) system in accordance with SEC OIT Life Cycle policy and procedures. The eD 2.0 system must be based on a current commercially released software product. The SEC needs an eD 2.0 solution that will ingest at least 200 GB of imaged documents, native files, and electronic mail databases in a 24-hour period. The Contractor shall construct / configure eD 2.0 with a single user interface for end users. The Contractor may construct / configure eD 2.0 with more than one tool for system administration and application administration functions. The Contractor will provide the end-to-end process for exporting document collections from Concordance and ingesting them into the eD 2.0 solution. The Contractor will develop procedures for migrating tags, folders, metadata, and fielded data from Concordance to eD 2.0 while preserving the tags, folders, metadata and fielded data. A pre-solicitation conference will be held at The Securities and Exchange Commission’s Operations Center located at 6432 General Green Way Alexandria, VA 22315, on December 13, 2010 at 1:30 pm EST. Please arrive early to allow time for security screening. Seating is limited; as a result, companies will be limited to a maximum of two representatives. If your company is unable to attend or the SEC’s maximum seating capacity is met, webcast audio and presentation materials will be provided through Meeting Place. Please respond no later than December 8, 2010 at 4:00 pm EST. Your response email shall include the names and titles of attending representatives, and the names and titles of representatives participating through Meeting Place.
