This ad was modified to correct the parking requirement that the one requested reserved space be no further than 1,056 wlf. U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Massachusetts City: Boston Delineated Area: North: Cambridge, Causeway and Commercial Streets East: Commercial and Atlantic Streets South: Kneeland and Stuart Streets West: Charles Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,181 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8,590 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 (within 1,056 walk-able linear feet at a maximum) Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 (the one space can be surface or structured if reserved) Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 (the one space can be surface or structured if reserved) Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 12 years Firm Term: 7 years Option Term: Additional Requirements: 1) Buildings shall be within 1,056 walk-able linear feet of a subway or bus stop 2) Column spacing must be no less than 20' O.C. 3) Finished ceiling heights must be equal to or greater than 8' 6" Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
