- SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Center 4100 East Mississippi Avenue, Suite 610, Glendale, CO 80246 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price contract to provide Bread and Bread Products Service for the Nutrition and Food Service at the Sheridan VA Medical Center in Sheridan, WY. Services shall be for a one year base period with four one-year pre-priced option periods for renewal. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about December 05, 2010. Proposals submitted shall be due no later than 4:30 p.m. mountain time on December 15, 2010. This solicitation is unrestricted and is subject to full and open competition. The applicable NAICS code is 311812 with a small business standard of 500 employees. The solicitation reference is VA-259-11-RP-0013 - Bread and Bread Products, Nutrition / Food Services for Sheridan, WY and should be referenced in all correspondence/inquiries. Deliveries shall be made not less than two (2) days per week, preferably on Monday and Thursday to the Sheridan VA Medical Center, 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan, WY 82801. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. Any amendments to this solicitation will be available at this website and offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to this solicitation at this website prior to the time of responding to the solicitation. Any questions pertaining to this solicitation must be provided to the contract specialist, in writing within seventy-two (72) hours of the posting of the solicitation, at either Pamela.Barnes@va.gov or the physical address listed herein to be considered for a response.
