- Description
- The U. S. Government currently occupies 3,703 rentable square feet of office and related use space in the Pinnacle Building located at 412 North Cedar Bluff Road, Knoxville, TN 37923, under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location at the same square footage of the office space based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will only consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Governments requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as a part of the rental considerations.
