- The USPFO for Texas intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for a Childcare Services at various locations throughout the State of Texas (primarily in Austin, Dallas, El Paso, Grapevine, Laredo, Lubbock, McAllen and San Antonio). There will be approximately 65 events (1-2 days long) a year. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted services. The government will not provide transportation, meal, or lodging accommodations for the contractor. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 624410, Child Day Care Services. The small business size standard is $7.0 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. These anticipated contracts will consist of a Base Award Period of one (1) calendar year, and 4 one-year option periods. Total contract period, to include options, shall not exceed five (5) calendar years. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes, and is not to be considered a request for proposal. Solicitation Number W912L1-11-R-0006 is assigned for reference purposes. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 15 January 2011 via the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the ASFI. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award. Interested offerors are strongly encouraged to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR MPIN in order to log in to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website. NOTE: This is a notice to industry only. No action is required for this pre-solicitation notice. No further information will be given nor will any questions be answered until the solicitation is posted. The solicitation will give instructions for sending requests for information (RFI).
