- NSN: 3110-01-164-8251, Bearing, Roller, Airframe, in accordance with Drawing Number 1X4F3 AMSCBDOC, Dated 07 March 07, Part Number 406-310-405-101, Source Control Item to Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. (CAGE CODE 97499), Acceptable Sources: Bell Helicopter Textron (CAGE CODE 97499) and Rexnord Industries, LLC. (CAGE CODE 77896), Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. FOB Destination. Requested total delivery is 290 Days ARO or best possible delivery. This NSN is Critical Application, Flight Safety Critical, Certificate of Quality Conformance (COQC), Quality Assurance Letter of Instruction (QALI), Contractor First Article Testing (one item in accordance with referenced drawing), and Critical Safety Item (CSI). Quality Control Code is RCA which is a Higher Level Quality System. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock) and Packaging shall adhere to the Quality Assurance Verification requirements in accordance with MIL-DTL-197K. Solicitation will result in a Firmed Fixed Price Contract. This RFP will be solicited as unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the quoted price for 424 each Bearing, Roller, Airframe. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated Solicitation issue date is December 20, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
