COMPLETE TURN KEY PROJECT. QUANTITY--1 EACH FOB DESTINATION DELIVERY WITHIN 9 MONTHS OF AWARD ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE OF SOLICITATION: 20 DEC 2010 SET ASIDE: -The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns LOCATION OF POSTED SOLICITATION: This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil and will be listed under Watervliet Arsenal. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued.
