- Description
- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 5 has a requirement to furnish and install a photovoltaic system at the White Sulphur Springs National Fish Hatchery, Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, testing and supervision necessary to provide and install a pre-engineered, turnkey, photovoltaic system to provide renewable electrical power to an existing 80 amp panel in the hatchery's visitor center in accordance with the statement of work/specifications. This includes: mounting systems, dc-ac inverter, wiring, wiring systems, combiner boxes, monitoring systems, meters, data transfer, utility-required disconnects, full integration into the electrical distribution system and all other components required to ensure proper operation of the photovoltaic system. Solicitation number F11PS00185 will be posted on or about December 17, 2010 and may be viewed through a link to the National Business Center Interior electronic acquisition system-Electronic Commerce at http://www.fedbizopps.gov The solicitation response date will be approximately 30 days from the posting date. The period of performance is 120 days from notice to proceed. The magnitude of work is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code corresponding to this work is 221119. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply to this contract. This procurement is set-aside for small business. All responsible, qualified sources may submit a proposal for consideration.
