Description
Market Research Questionnaire - Phlebotomist Services - FCI Texarkana The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The Government contemplates awarding a single indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The projected requirement is for the provision of Phlebotomist Services (one contract position) to be provided for the general inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution (a medium security correctional facility) located at Texarkana, TX. The base year performance will be from the effective Date of Award through 12 months, with the government's unilateral right to exercise up to four (4) one (1) year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621399 (Size Standard: $7.0 million). The requirement will be for an estimated 1500 sessions (a session being defined as one hour in duration) to be performed during each 12 month contract period. Work hours will normally be scheduled weekly Monday thru Friday between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., excluding Federal Holidays. Services will normally consist of an estimated 30 one-hour sessions being performed weekly. A half-hour non-paid lunch break will be allowed during the work day. Final work schedules may be approved by the Contract Monitor or the Department Head. Market research is being conducted at this time for the purpose of determining interest and capability of potential sources currently available for this requirement.
