- GSA, FAS intends to establish a Standing Price Quote (SPQ), not-to-exceed twelve (12) months for FSC 8030 NSN 8030-00-281-2337, which is under GSA's Stock Program. This request for Standing Price Quote includes the Stock location at Burlington, NJ and French Camp, CA. Direct Deliveries could also be required under subject SPQ. The estimated quantity shown for a 12 month period is only an estimate. Delivery will be FOB Destination to GSA Distribution Centers and/or military depots with a requested 30-day delivery. The SPQ period will be 12/21/2010 (or date of award) and will not exceed one year. All of Clauses that apply to all GSA Heartland Supply Operations Center, stock orders apply to this SPQ.
