- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract Action: The Louisville District Corps of Engineers intends to negotiate a sole source action with Metropolitan Utility District (MUD) to install a waterline main from existing main along east side of I-45 Houston, TX to enable water service to Woodlands U.S. Army Reserve Center Project under contract W912QR-11-M-0010. This notice is applicable to NAICS 221310. This announcement is for informational purpose only. No solicitation is available. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of this publication will be considered by the Government. Information reviewed will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to compete this requirement. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
