- This request for quote is for a Refuse Collection Services Contract. This project will need a contractor to provide all management, labor, tools, equipment and materials necessary to ensure that services for refuse collection and refuse disposal are performed at each park at Hords Creek Lake, Coleman, Texas in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The Contractor shall also develop a comprehensive safety program and plan to establish general policies and procedures for safe operations in accomplishment of this contract and in case of emergencies. A firm fixed price SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE contract is anticipated to be awarded. The RFQ solicitation, W9126G-11-Q-0001, is anticipated to be issued on or about 03 December 2010, and offers will be due on or about 03 January 2011 at 2:00PM CST. Anticipated award date is 31 January 2011. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is 562111. After solicitation issuance, contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments at www.fbo.gov. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps, (FBO), website for amendments to the solicitation. You must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration Database, (CCR), to receive a Government contract award. You must register with CCR at www.ccr.gov.
