- This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The General Services Administration (Mid Atlantic Region 3) plans to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call against an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) GS-10F-0122J/GS-03P-09-DX-A-0015 to procure all necessary environmental services for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966 (NEHPA) for the US Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS)Foreign Affairs Security Training Center(FASTC) project. This opportunity is only available to the current BPA contractor. This acquisition falls under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541620 Environmental Consulting Services and Product code B510.
