Manufactured in accordance with Hontek Corp, CAGE 0TMF0, P/N HTK-PBT-001 and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, CAGE 0TMF0, P/N 70072-15004-011. Also NSN 4920-01-564-3968, Repair Kit, Aircraft, Maintenance. Manufactured in accordance with Hontek Corp., CAGE 0TMF0, P/N HTK-TRK-001. This item is to be utilized on the Black Hawk UH-60A Helicopter. Solicitation SPM4A6-11-R-1130 is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. The solicitation will be unrestricted using other than full and open competition procedures. The maximum order quantity is 279 pieces for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand is 279 pieces for the base year and option years, and the maximum contract quantity per year is 559 pieces for the base and option years. The guaranteed minimum quantity for NSN 4920-01568-3968 is 79 pieces for the base year only; minimum order quantity is 79 pieces for the base year and option years. The maximum order quantity is 316 pieces for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand is 316 pieces for the base year and option years, and the maximum contract quantity per year is 632 pieces for the base and option years. Surge and Sustainment is required for the NSN. The government is requesting Inspection and Acceptance at Destination and FOB Destination. Specifications, Plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance using Automated Best Value System (ABVS), and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
