- AFPAC SAF AQC OCI Defense Acquisition Guidebook AFOTECMAN 99-101 Task Order 2 Task Order 1 Form 6 Form 5 Form 4 Form 3 Form 2 Form1 Fighter OTES Request for Proposal The purpose of this announcement is to post the Final RFP. In addition, the following applicable documents are being posted with the RFP. AFOTECMAN 99-101 Defense Acquisition Guidebook, dated 5-5-10 AFOTEC Forms 1-6 as identified in the Performance Plan SAF/AQC Memo, dated 3 Nov 09, subject: OCI Task Order 0001 Sample Task Order 0002 Air Force Proposal Adequacy Checklist Comments and/or questions will be accepted through 13 Dec 10 NLT 4:00p.m. MST. Comments and/or questions must be gathered and submitted via a SINGLE email to Greg Davis and Paulette Windley, preferably in Microsoft Word documents attached to the e-mail. Questions received via phone and facsimile will not be acknowledged or answered. Responses to the RFP are due NLT 4:00p.m. MST, 5 Jan 11. Official proposals to the final RFP will not be accepted via email. Hard and electronic copies of all volumes will be required to be received by the Contracting Office at the address provided in the final RFP by the closing date and time specified in order to be considered for award. The estimated ceiling for CLIN 0001 is $78M and the estimated ceiling for CLIN 0002 is $7M.
