Description
This is the Statement of Work (SOW) for the Aerobics Instructor. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3680322A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-46 effective 29 Sep 10; Defense DPN 20101124 effective 24 Nov 10, and AFAC 2010-1027 effective 27 Oct 2010. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611620. The business size standard is $7.0 million. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is U099 and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7999. Travis AFB has a requirement for aerobics instructor for Basic Plus 3 - One Year Options Item # Description Qty Unit 0001-AA BASIC YEAR AEROBIC INSTRUCTORS FOR FITNESS CENTER 1 JAN 11 - 30 SEP 11. Non-personal services. Contractor to supply all tools, labor, materials and transportation. Start Date: Beginning Award of Contract; Stop Date: 30 Sep 11 1500 HRS OPTION YR 1 Date: 1 Oct 11- 30 Sep 12 1500 HRS OPTION YR 2 Date: 1 Oct 12- 30 Sep 13 1500 HRS OPTION YR 3 Date: 1 Oct 13- 30 Sep 14 1500 HRS (See Attached "Statement of Work" for further details.) Place of Performance is Travis AFB, CA 94535 Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
