- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Northwest Mountain Region, intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price janitorial service contract for the FAA Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) in Salt Lake City, Utah. SMALL BUSINESS SET A-SIDE: This Acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) - Certified SBA 8(a) Program NAICS Code: 561720, Janitorial Services. The Small Business Administration Size Standard for this NAICS Code is $16.5 Million. SITE VISIT MANDATORY: (a) A one time offered MANDATORY site visit has been scheduled for this project on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at 4:00 PM PDT. Contractors who would like to attend the site visit must submit an email to Blaise.Ungerman@faa.gov by 2:00 PM (PDT) on December 14, 2010.
