- This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract to provide all management, labor, supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform debris removal services at Buckhorn Lake, Buckhorn, Ky (Perry/Leslie Counties). All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses and conditions incorporated herein. Services will begin on 01 January 2011 or date of award (if later) and continue through 31 December 2011.
