This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) has a requirement for two (2)air compressors insupport of the Experimental Fluids and Environmental Test Branch at MSFC. Market researchhas found a product built by, The Fuller Company/FLSmidth, part models V-250-L and V-250-H. This notice is being issued as Request for Quotations (RFQ) forproducts that are same as or equal to the The Fuller Company/FLSmidth product line. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement.All responsible small business sources may submit an offer which shall be considered bythe agency.Delivery to MSFC to be determined at a later date. Delivery shall be FOB Destination toMSFC, 35812.Offers for the items(s) described above are due by 12/10/2010 4:00 p.m. and must include,solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule,discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), identification of any specialcommercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. Offerors shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1 (JUNE 2008), Instructionsto Offerors-Commercial Items, which is incorporated by reference. If the end product(s) offered is other than domestic end product(s) as defined in theclause entitled 'Buy American Act -- Supplies,' the offeror shall so state and shall listthe country of origin.FAR 52.212-4 (JUN 2010), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable.
