- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-11-R-1132, IQC10300009046, 4010-01-153-9403, Wire Rope Assembly. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Non-Commercial. Item is not CSI. Critical application. Surge and sustainment is not required. Approved sources of supply are Oshkosh Corporation CAGE 45152 Part number 66295AX or Wheeler Bros, Inc. CAGE 55683 part number 9366295. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 1,152 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 288 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 288 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 1,152 each. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 2,304 each. The Requested delivery is 72 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will issue on December 3, 2010 with a closing date of January 4, 2011. Clause L17C01 52.217-9002 "Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offer for part numbered items" applies.
