- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Des Moines, Iowa, VISN 23, contemplates negotiation of a sole source procurement with Teton Data Sytems, 125 S King ST., Jackson, Wy 83001 for Annual Renewal of StatiRef to provide information specifically for patient care and research. This Notice of Intent is NoT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received with 5 calendar days after publication of this synopsis, no later that Noon, Monday November 29, 2010. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their products/services meet VA requirements, to the Purchasing officer by email (denise.mcdanel@va.gov) or fax to 515-699-5866. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government.
