- Description: Audiology Booth Standardizing our equipment and maintenance needs for the above referenced equipment, specifically to involve: Audiology booths and control rooms to match existing audiology booth equipment. Equipment must meet all audiology sound isolation industry standard performance requirements and is required to be of modular design, and have cam-lock capabilities enabling the rooms to be assembled and reassembled without sound isolation degradation. Booths shall be wheelchair accessible and provide for sprinkler capabilities. Booth shall include 12-pin jack panel for audio equipment connections, include silenced power ventilation system, and wall ceiling and floor noise reduction panels. Double glazed acoustics observation window, 36"x73 opening for doors with double magnetic seals on control room, two single swinging doors on exam room, wheel chair door openings, 16 gauge solid shell, recessed lighting, clinical 12-pin jack panel, and carpeting. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone inquires will not be honored; however interested parties may submit literature detailing how their services meet the VA requirements to the Contracting Officer. Responses received on or before December 1, 2010 will be considered.
