- NSN 1650-01-006-9596, SPM 4A7 -11-R-1343, IQC: 10319009026; Item: Nose, Seal, P/N: 930419. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are available in cFolders. This procurement is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base year, O=Option Year). Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=199/ Minimum Order Quantity: B=199, O=199/ Maximum Contract Quantity: B=1207, O=199/ Estimated annual quantity: B=639, O=639 (See solicitation for additional details). FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. Solicitation is unrestricted other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. Item is Critical Application and Configuration Control applies. There are three approved source of supply for P/N 930419: Item description is in accordance with Honeywell International INC, Cage (06848), Triumph Actuation Systems, LLC Cage (1SR57), Honeywell International INC, Cage (9X173). Surge is not required. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. The solicitation opening date is 12/14/2010; the close date is 01/14/2010. Critical Application Item and Configuration Control Applies.
